Your entire energy.
One intelligent system.

Connect, understand and optimize every part of your company's energy mix — electricity, solar, storage, fleet, contracts and energy markets — with the power of AI.

The problem

Your energy is connected. Your tools aren't.

Electricity, solar, batteries, EV charging, contracts and market prices all influence the same bill. Yet each lives in its own portal, app, PDF or spreadsheet. Nobody has the full picture, so decisions are made late, by hand, or not at all.

  • 01

    No total energy position

Costs, consumption and production are reported separately, in different units and periods. The real cost of a decision stays invisible.

  • 02

    Manual analysis, after the fact

Someone exports data, builds a spreadsheet and spots the problem weeks after the invoice. By then the peak, the surplus or the price dip is gone.

  • 03

    Missed optimisation

Solar surplus is injected while vans charge from the grid at 17:00. Contracts renew on autopilot. Flexibility is never monetised.

The Energy Grid

Every part of your energy mix. Finally connected.

Seven modules, one intelligent layer. Select a module to see what it would connect, which problems it would help solve and the kind of insight it could surface. This is a preview of the proposed product, not a live platform.

Concept preview · illustrative values

AI Intelligence

Forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendations and orchestration.

Example insight

“Turn disconnected energy data into actionable decisions.”

Connects

  • Every module in the grid
  • Weather and price forecasts
  • Operational calendars and constraints
  • Approval rules you define

Helps solve

  • Data lives in six places and nobody connects it
  • Analysis is manual and after the fact
  • Decisions depend on one expert's gut feeling

Opportunities

  • Forecast usage, production and cost
  • Detect anomalies early
  • Recommend actions, and later execute the ones you approve

Proposed scope for this module. Not a description of a live product; details will be shaped with founding partners.

From insight to action

Visibility first. Then recommendations. Then, with your approval, action.

The proposed platform grows in four stages. The first versions focus on connecting and understanding; automated action only comes later, within rules you define and approve.

Status today: concept. None of these stages is live yet. Stage order and scope will be shaped with founding partners.

  1. 01

    Connect

    Planned · first release

Bring relevant energy information together: meter data, solar, storage, charging, contracts and market prices.

Through existing exports, APIs and documents. No new hardware required to start.

  2. 02

    Understand

    Planned · first release

Create one transparent view of usage, production, flows and costs across all locations.

Clear units, comparable periods, and a cost breakdown that matches your invoices.

  3. 03

    Optimize

    Planned · next

Identify opportunities using analytics, forecasting and AI: peaks, surplus, contract terms, charging windows.

Each opportunity comes with the reasoning and the data behind it.

  4. 04

    Act

    Future · with approval

Support decisions and, in the future, execute approved automations such as smart charging or battery schedules.

Only within rules you set, with human approval before anything changes.

Example opportunities

Realistic scenarios. No magic numbers.

These are the kinds of situations we hear about in conversations with businesses, and where a connected view would make a difference. Whether and how much they are worth depends on your profile; that is exactly what we want to validate with founding partners.

    • Fleet
    • Solar
    • Market

Coordinate EV charging with solar and prices

A logistics company's vans all plug in at 17:00 and charge at full power from the grid, while the solar roof exported surplus all afternoon.

    What EnergyOS would look at

Departure times, solar forecast, day-ahead prices, charger limits.

    • Contracts
    • Grid

    Detect unexpected invoice deviations

A network-charge component changed on the last invoice. Nobody noticed because invoices are checked for totals, not for structure.

    What EnergyOS would look at

Invoice lines versus contract terms and metered consumption.

    • Grid
    • Storage

    Identify costly consumption peaks

A short quarter-hour peak on a Monday morning sets the capacity tariff for the whole month. It comes from machines starting at the same time.

    What EnergyOS would look at

Quarter-hourly load profile, tariff structure, operational schedules.

    • Contracts
    • Market

Evaluate energy contracts against your real profile

A renewal is due. The offers on the table are compared on headline price, not on how they behave with your actual consumption and production pattern.

    What EnergyOS would look at

Your hourly profile, fixed versus variable versus dynamic terms, renewal timing.

    • Solar
    • Storage

    Improve self-consumption and battery utilisation

A battery was installed for peak shaving but spends most days idle, while solar surplus is injected at low prices.

    What EnergyOS would look at

State of charge, surplus moments, price curve, peak history.

    • Market
    • Storage
    • Fleet

    Explore flexibility opportunities

Cooling, charging and a battery could all shift a few hours without hurting operations. Nobody knows whether that flexibility is worth anything.

    What EnergyOS would look at

Shiftable loads, market signals, flexibility programmes.

Founding design partners

Help shape the future of business energy.

We are inviting a small number of forward-thinking businesses to help validate and shape the product before it is built. No platform to install, no commitment: real conversations about real energy challenges.

How partners contribute

  • Discovery interviews

A conversation about how you manage energy today and where it hurts.

  • Real operational challenges

The situations that cost you time, money or sleep.

  • Sample contracts or energy data

Subject to appropriate agreements, to test ideas on real profiles.

  • Feedback on early prototypes

Honest reactions to screens, flows and recommendations.

  • Interest in a future pilot

If the concept proves valuable, a first pilot with a handful of partners.

We're most interested in businesses with more than one energy component (solar, batteries, an EV fleet, charging infrastructure, flexible processes) or multiple locations, where energy is a real operational topic.

Full transparency: the company and the platform are currently being explored by their prospective founders. There is no product to buy yet. What we offer is influence on what gets built, early access when it exists, and a direct line to the founders.

Apply as a founding design partner

Takes about three minutes. We use your answers only to prepare a discovery conversation.

Optional. A rough band is enough.

Which energy components do you already have?optional

Select everything that applies.

How would you like to get involved?

Non-binding. A founder replies personally.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is the platform available today?

No. EnergyOS is a concept being explored. This page exists to validate whether the problem is worth solving and to find founding design partners before the platform is built. The dashboard and Energy Grid on this page are illustrative previews.

What types of companies are you looking for?

Businesses for which energy is an operational topic: typically multiple locations or several energy components such as solar, batteries, an EV fleet, charging infrastructure or flexible processes. Sector matters less than the complexity of your energy mix.

What does becoming a design partner involve?

A discovery conversation first. Then, if it's a fit, occasional interviews, sharing real challenges, and feedback on early prototypes. We work around your agenda; expect a few hours spread over a few months, not a project.

Is participation binding?

No. Applying only starts a conversation. You can stop at any point. A Letter of Intent or pilot is only discussed after a discovery conversation, and only if both sides see value.

Do we need to share energy data?

Not to start. Conversations and anonymised examples go a long way. If sharing sample contracts, invoices or meter data would help, we will agree on scope and confidentiality first, in writing.

How is our information protected?

The application form collects only what we need to follow up. Data is stored for the purpose of the founding-partner programme and not shared with third parties. Any operational data you share later is covered by a separate agreement.

Can we discuss a pilot or Letter of Intent?

Yes, after a discovery conversation. We deliberately don't generate agreements automatically: a pilot or LOI should reflect your situation and be reviewed by people on both sides.

Let's build a smarter energy future together.

If your business runs on more than one energy source, has more than one location, or simply wants a clear view of its total energy position, we'd like to talk.
